Returns
Your satisfaction is our success, so every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you decide that your new and unused item is not going to work out, you have up to 20 days to return your purchase.  We will set you up for an an exchange if desired or a refund for the full purchase price.  Simple.

Exchanges
To exchange your item for something else, place a new order through our website, then return the item you are exchanging.  That way you get your new item quickly and don't risk it selling out.  As always, feel free to give us a call to set up your exchange or have any questions.

Important Qualifiers
All sales are final on all "On Sale" items and do not qualify for returns
All items must be returned in their original new, unused condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories.
Packages must be returned to gravitee within 20 days of your receiving of the product.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of our error. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number.
*We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
