If you decide that your new and unused item is not going to work out, you have up to 21 days to return your purchase.
Exchanges
To exchange your item for something else, place a new order through our website, then return the item you are exchanging. That way you get your new item quickly and don't risk it selling out. As always, feel free to give us a call (970) 968-0171 to set up your exchange or have any questions.
Important Qualifiers
All items must be returned in their original new, unused condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories.
Packages must be returned to gravitee within 21 days of your receiving of the product.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of our error. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number.
We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
